Integrity and loyalty are the two words that come to mind when thinking about Dan. This was the second time we worked with Dan to purchase a house and the first time selling. The results speak for themselves. We sold our house in 48 hours, had nearly 30 showings, multiple offers, and never made it to our open house date. Dan's game plan was perfect from day one. He had the perfect prep plan, pricing plan, and listing strategy. Best of all, it was a partnership from the beginning. Dan led us the entire way but it was always our final decision on what to do. One of the most impressive things was just how much Dan remembered from the purchase of the house we were leaving, including the specifics of the inspection report. In terms of buying, again, Dan used his knowledge of us and built a great base of houses. On tours he stepped back and let us take in each house, never trying to sell us the features but always there with answers and suggestions. Ultimately, we debated between two houses and once we made the decision, Dan was there to get us through what was an extremely painless process. Three years after Dan helped us in buying our home, he represented us in the sale of our home as we relocated to FL. As was the case previously, Dan went above and beyond to make sure we got the most value for our home, were on top of our to-do checklist, and understood the process from beginning to end. I never expected a realtor to be so on top of everything. I was living in Southern Italy and needed a place to call home once I landed. He knew the area, he was my eyes and ears. Dan helped us buy our Silver Spring town home. He was patient and worked with us over many months while we waited for the perfect home to come onto the market. Dan was wonderful. We were selling and buying with hope that everything would work out. We had so much anxiety before starting this process. Dan coordinated everything. He staged our house for photo shoot, he hired contractors to come and take care of the various projects in our house. Due to busy schedules my husband and I didn’t have time to meet contractors, Dan came and meet with contractors and made sure that everything was done to perfection. Our house was under the contract much sooner that we thought. At the same time, we were buying a brand new house that was being built.
