Dan Spahr is a second-generation real estate advisor with more than 25 years of experience guiding clients through the complexities of buying, selling, and, investing in real estate. His practice has evolved intentionally—today, he works primarily with past clients and trusted referrals, allowing him to remain highly focused and fully invested in each relationship.

Known for his thoughtful, steady approach, Dan prioritizes understanding each client’s goals before offering clear, strategic guidance. He recognizes that real estate decisions are often deeply personal and financially significant, and he brings a level of care, discretion, and attention that reflects that responsibility.

Over the course of his career, Dan has built lasting relationships with more than 100 families—many of whom return to him across multiple life transitions. His ability to navigate complexity, anticipate challenges, and advocate effectively on behalf of his clients has earned the respect of both clients and peers. He holds the Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) designation and is known for achieving strong, well-considered outcomes.

A lifelong Maryland resident and graduate of the University of Maryland, Dan lives in Olney with his wife Stephany and their two children. Outside of work, he enjoys running, traveling, homebrewing, and spending time supporting his kids in all they pursue.
